very poor
condition with wear & tear. It is missing some pages and the back hard cover. The album is not full and missing s
ome states (last state is Nicaragua). It is also missing many stamps.
All these defects
do not
detracts from its importance because there are some rare and old stamps inside which can complete your collection.
It will be carefully shipped with a
cardboard backing.

with internet tracking for items valued up to 0.  If the customer prefers a courier-based shipping service such as EMS
and is willing to cover the higher costs, I will be happy to accommodate.
In the case of lost or damaged items, Priority Airmail covers compensation for the item value & postage costs up to 0 maximum.  Higher levels of compensation are included only in the
EMS
services.
It takes up to 3 or more weeks for delivery. Sometimes postal service is getting slower especially at weekends and holiday. Occasionally there may be delays because of extra security checks at the post office.
