    THIS IS A TOUGHER TO FIND CENTRAL CALIFORNIA TOWN...AND A NICE UNCLEANED SPECIMEN....HOPING YOU CAN TELL  HOW NICE THIS ONE IS FROM MY AVERAGE PICTURE TAKING ABILITY :)...THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE...(would turn darker purple...has the age, has never been exposed to sunlight).......
    THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SPECIMEN....A REAL NICE STRIKE, CAME OUT OF A LIFETIME COLLECTION OF KERN CO CAL DRUG BOTTLES OWNED BY THE AUTHOR OF THE BOOK ON THEM....HE ALWAYS TRIED TO FIND NICEST POSSIBLE SPECIMEN....
    The old town of Bakersfield is located in the Kern County
    California, not far from Taft, Shafter and Tehachapi

    The bottle is what I would call light clear pale clear color glass, it is a medium size and stands about 5 1/8" tall  ...and it  displays really well.
    , neat early bottle. Crisp embossing on this one....been sitting on shelf for many years
