Dizzy Dean has also hand written an inscription that reads: "To Jerald best wishes wish you could have seen the series, but as you did not I am sending you a program of all the players, your pal Dizzy Dean"

At the bottom of the spine there is a split in the cover from the very bottom to the bottom of the first staple. At the top spine there is a split from the top to the top of the first staple.
The program cover shows some  handling wear with surface creases, also of note is some very light water staining at the top 2 inch portion of the program  the signature and inscription are untouched, clean and legible
