Crusellas Co was founded in Havana in 1863, initially making soap and candles, then branching out to hair tonic, colognes & perfumes, laundry soap, etc .  The company was nationalized by Castro's regime in 1960.  The Crusellas family eventually moved to Miami and reestablished the company in Miami in 1967 and is still in operation.
The bottle has no damage, just the usual haze.
