You are buying a box of 12 Speckled dice from Chessex.  This color is the SPECKLED TWILIGHT.
The Twilight is a dark blue background color with multi-colored speckles, light blue, black, even red; they have yellow pips.  The pips are recessed and the corners are rounded and edges softened.
This really does bring to mind a nighttime sky.  Stars and planets floating in the dark sky.
You will receive one dozen 16mm dice.  This is the size used most often in board games, Yahtzee, Farkel, Bunko, etc.
