When I use envelopes, tissue paper and tape, it adds ~$.45 to the cost of shipping. eBay takes 9% of the shipping costs; PayPal takes 4.5%. So an average item that costs to ship, I'm charged $.23 from PayPal; $.45 from eBay plus my costs of $.45 of supplies for a total of .13 which I add to the total of shipping.
